In her role as Fleet Coordinator, Rachael manages a wide range of responsibilities, many of them behind the scenes. She takes initiative wherever possible, especially when dealing with drivers’ phones, system issues or day to day operational challenges. Rachael consistently tries to work things out for herself before asking for support. This approach shows her strong problem-solving mindset and saves valuable time while helping operations run smoothly.
