
Hire Desk Controller – Weston Super Mare

Plantforce Rentals Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Hire Controller to join our friendly and successful and expanding Hire Desk based from our Weston Super Mare head office. Main Responsibilities:
- Arranging and monitoring hire contracts for equipment bookings
- Monitoring and organising contracts and invoicing
- Working with customers to develop relationships
- Checking availability of equipment and ensuring that details are accurate and up to date.
- Liaising with sales, workshop, transport teams to ensure all equipment is prepared on time and to a high standard.
Key Skills:
- Experience in plant hire is desirable
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with a confident telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic and friendly, with a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft package.
- Experience of the Syrinx system is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
