Job Purpose:
This role will involve supporting the fleet & transport logistics team with effective and efficient management of all fleet vehicles
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Services and MOT works as scheduled
- Arrange vehicle repairs to be carried out as required
- Manage any emergency repairs needed and arrange any provision of replacement vehicle
- Process PO’s and invoices, ensuring accurate records are maintained
- Support Fuel Service process
- Manage company insurance process including dealing with insurance claims
- Ensure all documentation for compliance and certificates are processed accurately
- Assist with vehicle purchases and reallocation of vehicles
- Schedule and coordinate regulatory inspections of equipment fleet.

Essential Requirements and qualifications:
- General understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Right to work in the UK
- Full Driving Licence
