Both Darren and Jerry have been instrumental in shaping and implementing a new strategy for driver recruitment and training, helping us continue to build on the strong foundations of our transport division. Their professionalism and commitment ensure that every new driver joining Plantforce is given the tools, guidance, and confidence they need to succeed from day one.
From supporting candidates during their initial working interviews to offering one-to-one mentoring once they’re on the job, Darren and Jerry take a hands-on approach to training that reflects their genuine investment in people. They go beyond just teaching the technical aspects of the job, they pass on our company values, safety standards, and the teamwork that defines the way we operate.
