Business Development Manager (North)
Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to market analysis, lead generation, and sales strategy implementation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Acquire and maintain an in-depth product knowledge
- Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges.
- Share insights and feedback from clients to inform product/service improvements.
